Appropriations Request

Thank you for your interest in the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Appropriations process.

Representative McDowell’s office is accepting submissions for programmatic and language requests, and for Community Project Funding requests.

At this time, the office’s deadline for accepting forms is 11:59pm Eastern Time on Friday, April 18, 2025. This deadline is subject to change pending updates from the Appropriations Committee and may be moved forward. We encourage you to follow up with our office periodically for updates.

Committee guidance for submitting FY26 Community Project Funding requests is not currently available. However, eligibility criteria for FY25 may be found on the House Appropriations Committee website. Additionally, a copy of Congressman McDowell’s submission guidance and an overview of the application form are available upon request (please email NC06.Approps@mail.house.gov). 

If you are submitting more than one programmatic or language request, please submit a separate form for each request.
