Congressman Addison McDowell Leads Resolution Honoring Israeli Embassy Victims and Condemning Antisemitism

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Addison McDowell (NC-6) introduced a resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives honoring the lives of Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim and condemning antisemitism in all its forms. Sarah, an American citizen, and Yaron were both Israeli Embassy employees tragically murdered in the nation's capital while attending a panel promoting peace.

“What happened to Yaron and Sarah was pure evil, plain and simple,” said Congressman McDowell. “They had their whole lives ahead of them and were murdered by a far-left radical because they were Jewish. When a movement sympathizes with terrorists, we shouldn’t be surprised when that same movement produces actual terrorists. The media and some in Congress have downplayed the underlying disease - no more.” 

The resolution, Condemning Antisemitism and Remembering Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, is already supported by over fifty members of the House of Representatives, including:
